      LADY INERVA DARKVEIN

A rather complex fight, which grows more and more hectic the longer it goes on. The four Anima containers positioned at the back of the room will play an important role in how the fight develops, and what mechanics we will have to deal with.

At the start of the fight Darkvein will focus on a single of the 4 containers, making it gain anima faster than the rest while also prevents the raid from draining it. Her focused container will cycle to the next on the list every 25% health she loses.

These containers will begin filling up with Anima, with her focused container gaining drastically more Anima than the rest. Each container empowers one of the boss’ abilities. You can interact with a container that Inerva is not focusing on to vent the Anima out of it – however doing so will cause raid-wide damage while it is venting its anima.

      Container of Desire
      (100% to 75%)

This container empowers her Expose Desires ability, which hits the tank for a large amount of physical damage and also leaving a nasty DoT on them.

At 33% container capacity, Expose Desires gains Expose Cognition. This will link random players to the tank, copying any damage done to the tank to them aswell for 10 seconds.

At 66% container capacity, Expose Desires retains Expose Cognition aswell as gaining Expose Heart. The target of Expose Desires (active tank) gains a Change of Heart debuff which will cause a raid-wide explosion once it drops off, dealing reduced damage by distance.

      Container of Bottled Anima
      (75% to 50%)

Inerva tosses Bottled Anima around the room, creating circles at random locations which have to be soaked to avoid them causing raid-wide damage.

At 33% container capacity, Bottled Anima gains Lingering Anima. This will cause voidzones to grow at the impact location of the bottle.

At 66% container capacity, Bottled Anima retains Lingering Anima and gains Replicating Anima. This will cause the Bottled Anima to bounce 1 additional time after being soaked, spawning a new circle to soak for each bottle.

      Container of Sin
      (50% to 25%)

Lesser Sins and Suffering will spawn three red orbs at random locations in a triangle formation. These sin orbs will deal minor damage to the closest player.

Shortly after the orbs spawn, three players will be marked and linked together with a beam. These players will need to overlap their beam across each orb to destroy it. If you fail to destroy the orbs, they will explode on the raid.

      orbs with beam

At 33% container capacity, Lesser Sins and Suffering becomes Sins and Suffering. The orbs will create a beam between themselves, which will apply a nasty DoT to those who move through it.

At 66% container capacity, Sins and Suffering becomes Greater Sins and Suffering. This new power will make the beams connecting the orbs rotate around the orb itself in a cutter beam motion.

      Container of Concentrated Anima
      (25% to 0%)

Inerva will cast Lightly Concentrated Anima on random players. When this debuff expires, it will deal damage to anyone within the circle and spawn adds at the location.

This will spawn 1 Harnessed Specter which is rooted in place. The Harnessed Specter needs to be picked up and tanked or it will freecast a raid-wide explosion.

At 33% container capacity, Lightly Concentrated Anima becomes Concentrated Anima. This will cause all targets of the debuff to be rooted in place immediately, making positioning the add harder.

At 66% container capacity, Concentrated Anima becomes Highly Concentrated Anima. This will cause all debuffed targets to explode lines of anima in all directions from them.

As this container is the final of the fight, if it ever reaches 100% capacity, Inerva will detonate the anima stores and wipe the raid.

          Heroic Difficulty

Concentrated Anima will now target 2 players, up from 1 on Normal. 1 player will spawn a Harnessed Specter add, while the other will spawn a Conjured Manifestation add. The Conjured Manifestation add does not need to be tanked, and simply chain-casts a raid-wide explosion on the raid that needs to be interrupted at all times.

The Conjured Manifestation must be killed first, followed by the Specter.

          Mythic Difficulty

Any Anima drained from any of the containers will be transferred into the 3 other containers, split evenly.

Expose Desires on the active tank will spawn Hidden Desires which will strike the tank. You will need to face these Hidden Desires directly to avoid getting additional stacks of Exposed Desires.

Sins and Suffering will summon 1 additional orb to be destroyed by the 3 linked players. There will be 4 orbs to link together to destroy at once.

Concentrated Anima now targets 3 players, up from 2 on Heroic. 2 players will spawn Conjured Manifestation adds, and 1 player will spawn the Harnessed Specter.
