Hi all and my best wishes to all guild mates current, past and future, for a happy and relaxing festive season.
This latest blog entry is one I had intended to post before Christmas itself, but what with the time constraints that places on us all and me in particular as the provisioner and preparer of the festive feasts, I was just too busy or tired to get around to it before now.
Nevertheless, with today the 26th I still can’t allow the opportunity to post the following whilst I still can.
Here is a poem penned by our very own Eldmane for the Christmas transmog competition (where he dressed as the Grinch) and with his kind permission I share this funny and very topical poem for your enjoyment:
The BlizzGrinch puzzled three hours, till his puzzler was sore.
Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn’t before!
“Maybe Warcraft,” he thought, “doesn’t come from a store.”
“Maybe Warcraft…and players…mean a little bit more!
“And what happened then? Well…in Blizzard they say,
That the Grinch’s small heart Grew three sizes that day!
And the minute borrowed power was no longer a thing,
The players came back and the tills they did ring,
For he brought back fun! guilds perks and content that’s great!
And even The Grinch shared group loot with his mates!
Merry Christmas all and here’s hoping the Grinch’s Christmas wish comes true.
