  • Applying with main char Saggypants, restoration shaman.

  • Main Character Link

  • Why did you choose the class/spec you’re applying with and what kinds of content have you played on it so far? What experience you have playing other specs of your class?

  • I chose shaman becuase i used to play it back in TBC when i used to play wow. Restoration i chose becuase i love to heal. Been playing MMO's for 10 years and always played healer only. Since i just came back to wow at the end of legion, around that time. i played casually with a few random mythic guilds to test the waters. The i found an Indian guild (since i am indian) and stuck with them uptill now, but sadly due to poor attendence and just poor players we never progressed anything. Althought me and a couple people put max efforts from our side.
  • Tell us about your history in WoW. Previous realms, guilds, best achievements, favourite mounts and anything else you want to add.

  • Used to play back in TBC only, then just came back now at the end of legion. 1-2 months before it actually. main guild was DAWN due it it being an indian guild. as explained above.
  • Who are you outside WoW? Please make sure to include things like the name your friends call you, your age, where do you live, what do you do when not playing WoW, family situation and anything else you’d like to add here that would affect your ability to play with Weekend Warriors in the coming months.

  • Im MD of a company that i run here that deals with Aluminium products. Friends call me Mol. I live in India (Hence the raid times suit me perfectly). When not playing wow im working all day. On weekends ofc i spend time with family or friends playing DND, i love to DM. Non of my out of wow activities really affect my ability to play wow as ive allocated time to everything important.
  • How did you hear about Weekend Warriors? What are you expecting from us? What can you offer to us?

  • I found the guild on the forums and was really interested for 3 reasons. 1. The raid times suit me perfectly. 2. The raid days suite me perfectly aswell. i have a lot of free time on weekends specially. 3. I checked the progression of the guild in the past and i am looking for a progression guild, dont want to be a part of a non progressing guild. I can only grow myself and improve as a player if i am around people with the same mentality and attitude.
  • What kind of computer, internet connection and ingame latency/framerate you have? (please provide links if possible).

  • I have a custom built PC. its only 1 year old so the specs are pretty good. Nvidia 1070. SSD, 1TB, I7. I use ACT fiber net connection and get from 70-100 ping. I play on 8 graphic setting in game and get stable 60fps(locked)

If you were an orc, what would you be and why?

  • If i was an orc, i would .............wait, i am an orc. WHY? WHY NOT!
  • Whats the perfect time of day and why?

  • The perfect time of day is when its time to eat, which as an adult, is always.
  • Please name one thing you LIKE most about WoW and one thing you particularly DISLIKE and why.

  • I love raiding, fking love it. I can do that shit all day. (from last Wed since BOD released i think ive been raiding like 5-6hrs a day and like 8hrs on sat and sun xD) (sadly not with the guild as it is dead, just made an imba pug and got curve) One thing i dislike, PVP, not a fan of it at all. (I love GW2 pvp, now that shit fun)

Hi Mol and thanks for the application. What happens now is we put a link to this app in the member's section so members can discuss it and bring any questions they have to you. Normally expect an answer on a raid team application within 72 hours. Please check back from time to time in case there are any questions that need answering as this will help speed the process. Thanks. Scabb
Hi Mol, Thanks for the application, much appreciated. I do have a few questions if I may though: Firstly we currently have a resto shaman main in guild and, as you'll most likely know, with some bosses fielding 2 resto shamans will not be ideal. To double on that we may not be able to field all the signed healers every weekend. So the question here is what are your feelings towards switching to either ele or enh for such occasions or even rotating out healers? Secondly you put a fair bit of emphasis on how progression is important to you, as you've seen from our latest progression we're not a full on CE guild though we good it a good run every tier. BUT we do get stuck on the more difficult bosses from time to time. Keeping this in mind do you believe that our progression suits you as an individual and meets with your personal goals? Thanks, Chi
Hi Chi, To answer your questions: 1. Although i love to heal and like to play resto, i play ele always in M+ and enhance i used to play a ton a while back. All my 3 specs are fully geared with gear appropriate to each all around the same ilvl. (enhance maybe little behind in trinkets). But ye i can play ele or enhance also. Its quite fun. 2. Yes i understand about the progression part, although that should not be an issue to me for the following reasons: Yes ofc i enjoy progression but im not hellbound on CE, any form of progression is good as long as it is there. Stagnation and quitting is where i get disinterested (calling off raids continuously just demotivates people alltogether) Secondly the raid timings and raid days are perfect for me and i am very comfortable with those, so as long as i am comfertable to play, love to play the game, get the point. Thanks.
Thanks for the reply. Just a final question if I may. Do you maintain any raid ready alts (healing or otherwise) and if so which? We're tending to favour those members that bring more than one class or role to the table. Thanks Scabb
Hi, I used to maintain at least 1 alt before for tanking on pala. But since I slowed down in progression for a while I never maintained it. Although I have experience on Brewmaster and Prot pala and have alts aswell. Although they are left at 110 and were never lvled after BFA. If required I can gear up 1 more alt and maintain it. I would prefer to gear up another heal, druid monk or pala. Thanks
Thanks for the reply. Yes another healer class might come in useful, but that we'll leave that for you to discuss with the healing team leader after joining.
Hello Mol and thanks for your patience. I'm happy to say we've decided to offer you trial membership of Weekend Warriors and its progress raiding team. Please poke someone when next online and ready for an invite to the guild. Welcome aboard!
Seeing as you've not responded to the above post and attempts to contact you on Discord then we're going to go ahead and withdraw the offer.
