      Taloc

      Phase 1 : 60-35% health

      Plasma Discharge (random raid)  – few players get debuff which makes them drop puddles (kinda like spiderbird in Emerald Nightmare). Run to edges of room and out of the way to drop these into marked location.

      Cudgel of Gore/Retrieve Cudgel (tank/raid) – At full energy after 5 second cast boss throws his weapon at tank, clearing all patches nearby and damaging everybody within 30 yards. Tank needs to run into patches to clear room and the rest of the raid run far enough away to avoid the aoe. Shortly before next full energy boss charges to retrieve the weapon and everybody on the path gets damaged.

      Sanguine Static (random raid) – Line knocks back the target and everybody along the path. Don’t get knocked into puddles. Looks bit like the lines that Aggramar does.

       

      Phase 2 : Lasts 70 seconds, boss has 99% damage reduction

      Volatile Droplet – Blobs fixate random player. Raid stacks in one edge of the room and tank stands in front of the group soaking anything that isn’t nuked down fast enough.

      Puddles keep spawning, so raid stack need to move around platform while dps’ing down the adds.

      Uldir Defense Beams crisscross the elevator shaft. Avoid getting hit and one-shot. Best way is assign somebody with eyes and brains and follow that person as a group. This is heroic only ability.

       

      Phase 3 : 35-0% health

      Same as P1 with  Volatile Droplets from P2. One tank on boss, one soaks adds. Keep dropping puddles in safe locations and avoid dying from cudgel and boss should die before raid runs out of room. Heroic/mythic might need cudgel use to clear the puddles in case boss doesn’t die fast enough.

        Mythic changes

         

        Phase 1/3 has two new debuffs

        • Hardened Arteries puts stacking slow debuff and aoe damage on random people. Run out of the group.
        • Enlarged Heart is AOE explosion on active tank that everybody who does not have Hardened Arteries need to share.
